＆＃34;无法执行tools \ android.bat：系统无法找到指定的文件。＆＃34;

我正在运行Windows 8.1，同时使用32位和32位64位版本的jdk1.7.0_71和android SDK。我的所有环境变量都已设置好很多次。从命令提示符开始，当我输入＆＃34;其中java＆＃34;它显示了正确的路径。

所有空格都已从路径中移除。
