Question

前一段时间我遇到了硬盘驱动器故障，从那时起我以前工作的所有项目都不再运行了。他们编译文件;但是一旦我在我的开发环境中进行调试，我就会收到错误：

无法加载文件或程序集＆System; Web.WebPages.Deployment，Version = 1.0.0.0，Culture = neutral，PublicKeyToken = 31bf3856ad364e35＆＃39;或其中一个依赖项。该模块应该包含一个程序集清单。

我重新安装了IIS，MVC4，VS2012。

我可以运行Xamarin项目，以及任何非基于Web的项目。
