在OOTB CRS中，我们通常为configurationPath属性提供以下值： /ToolsAndFrameworks/11.1.0/server/workspace/state/repository/CRS

请问您是否验证.zip存在于DefaultFileStoreFactory.properties中提供的路径中。

host:15000/admin?op=stats

如果您能够连接此URL，则MDEX正在运行。此外，您可以登录体验管理器并检查dgraph和dgidx是否正在运行。

如果您无法连接，请检查所有服务（工具和http）是否正常运行。您可以检查endeca日志以进一步调试。
