我遇到了同样的问题。我的解决方案是：

将图像复制到子目录
打开所有复制的图像并按照您的需要进行编辑。
使用下面提供的saveALL.scm脚本（我无法记住我在哪里找到它）。此脚本将覆盖已打开的文件，但会保存对所有已打开图像的编辑。

如果您喜欢我，并且您希望编辑的输出文件为不同的格式，请使用ImageMagic跟进并使用mogrify函数转换子目录中的所有文件。
