问题是你使用的是一个版本，但无论出于何种原因都无法下载（下载问题/代理等）。

在本地存储库${HOME}/.m2/repository/org.springframewokr/boot中，您需要删除文件夹spring-boot-tools并尝试重建。

除了使用过的工件不是jar文件之外，它还是多模块构建的父级，而不能用作依赖项。您需要检查文档中必须使用哪种工件。

根据文档，您必须以不同方式定义您的pom：

我找不到1.1.7.RELEASE版本。只有1.1.6.RELEASE版本。尝试：

你只是想让Maven工作吗？然后尝试主流/共同依赖，例如Log4j还是Junit？我试图遵循堆栈跟踪（http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2）中显示的URL并遍历项目以查看POM等 - 下面是我看到的（没有提到你的工件！）。
