将.dll包含到另一个工作流项目中而不使用引用

有没有办法加载.dll，并提取活动（.xaml）并运行它们而不在新项目中添加.dll作为引用？

你能举个例子吗？

var assembly = Assembly.LoadFile(dll);
    WorkflowApplication wfapp = new WorkflowApplication(xaml from dll);
      wfapp.Run();
