我们的安装说明非常过时。首先，您应该使用二进制安装程序，除非您有充分的理由不在Windows上。在这里，你链接的ATLAS不同于一个numpy本身建立的，这不太可能正常工作（numpy和scipy会使用不同版本的地图集。）

假设您有充分的理由自己构建它，您可以在vendor directory of our repo中获取我们在二进制安装程序中使用的atlas二进制文件。
