ERROR 1442无法更新存储的函数/触发器中的表

我收到错误 1442 ，这让我疯了！ ：）

ERROR 1442 Can't update table in stored function/trigger because it is already 
used by statement which invoked this stored function/trigger

我正在尝试在使用触发器AFTER UPDATE更新的同一个表中插入一个新行。这根本不可能，还是有办法绕过它？
