AutoReconnect: not master表示您的操作失败，因为您尝试发出命令的节点不是副本集的主节点，其中命令（例如，写入操作）要求该节点为小学。设置slaveOK=True只允许您从辅助节点读取，默认情况下您只能从主节点读取。

如果使用replicaSet=<replica set name>向构造函数提供副本集名称，MongoClient将自动发现并连接到主节点。见＆＃34; Connecting to a Replica Set＆＃34;在PyMongo docs。

另外，slaveOK已被弃用，由ReadPreference取代。您可以在创建客户端时或在发出查询时指定ReadPreference，如果您要定位主要节点以外的节点。
