最后我发现了什么问题。

首先，需要做的是安装Xcode命令工具。

xcode-select --install

其次需要检查Ruby on Rails是否配置良好。

之后在Xcode 6的首选项中连接Xcode命令工具。

我对特定错误不太确定，但在安装可可豆荚之前，很可能在更新到Yosemite之后你必须重新安装Ruby。
