在KitKat上传文件/图像时出现问题

Question

有没有人知道将图片从android 4.4 KitKat上传到网络服务器的方法？ 我尝试过多部分文件上传以及Base64，但它们似乎都没有用。 我看过整个互联网，但没有运气。
