程序集Microsoft.TeamFoundation.ClientBasicAuthCredential中的Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a类型未标记为可序列化。

因此无法在“流程”选项卡上编辑任何构建参数。

我尝试卸载最新的Visual Studio更新，修复Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate，然后再重新安装Visual Studio无效。

事实证明，从both the Windows and the Generic section of the Windows Credentials Manager清除TFS服务器的凭据，然后重新启动Visual Studio将解决此问题。
