如果这是intellij特有的问题，我建议您执行以下步骤您可以尝试运行mvn clean install。（根据您的网络速度，它将拉动每个依赖项）

更改intellij设置偏好 - ＆gt;构建，执行，部署 - ＆gt; maven-＆gt; Maven主目录 - ＆gt; {现在将其更改为指向您的mvn主页而非捆绑的mvn}

命令行中的mvn -v应该为您提供maven主路径。现在它不再尝试下载依赖项。
