我一直试图通过IRC连接到Twitch聊天。我添加了一个echo函数来测试我连接的位置，因为该页面是空白的，并且一个帐户没有加入IRC。

服务器实际上阻止我使用fsocket。在联系我的主机并离开共享主机后，它开始工作。
