评论之后，尤其是the last one by the OP，我认为原因可能是安装在~/.sbt/0.13/plugins下的插件，该插件搞砸了sbt.Project的最新添加内容。这就是我建议重命名特殊目录~/.sbt/0.13和~/.sbt/0.13/plugins的原因。

对我而言，另一个插件搞砸了插件分辨率。删除它现在它工作正常。
