启用diagonostic构建输出后，我发现项目中有3个已损坏的COM引用无法加载。删除这些引用解决了构建问题。这些仅在vs2010中显示为警告但由于某种原因导致MSB4018与2013年相比。

如果确实需要将基础文件夹指向另一个编辑器，请将其固定在构建系统中。但是，重做构建系统目标2013而不是修补2010版本可能会更好。
