pg_config不在PATH。

调整PATH，然后确保正在运行：

pg_config --version

工作，并报告正确的PostgreSQL版本，然后再试一次。

找到pg_config：

locate */pg_config

错误：`gyp`失败，退出代码：1，同时安装jugglingdb-postgres
