尝试将对象添加到字典时出错

我得到了一个列表的代码，我试图改为字典。我的问题在于＆＃39; BankRates.cs＆＃39;我无法在我的字典中添加对象。我得到错误：没有方法重载＆＃39;添加＆＃39;需要1个参数...可以解释一下为什么？ （我知道我应该在函数中添加一个字符串，但是当我尝试添加空字符串以使其编译时，字典只包含一个非功能对象）
