Android：在自定义形状中设置位置文字？

我有一个自定义Shape，我在这个Shape中添加了一些文字。但我无法更改此position中的shape文字。我的应用是移动聊天。

或者：

txtviewUser.setPadding(20, 0, 20, 0);
