我会旋转,然后调整大小(反之亦然)。假设您希望输出视频宽度为1280像素,并且高度与输入宽高比成比例。

ffmpeg -i movie.mp4 -filter_complex " [0] transpose=dir=2 [rotated] ; [rotated] scale=1280:-2 " fixed_movie.mp4

-2参数使输出高度等于适当的宽高比,但可以被2整除。
