即使安装了GIT并初始化repo，也要安装Cygwin Git。不确定这是否有必要，但在此步骤后得到更多相关的调试信息。

即使更改私钥权限也无法解决此问题。 Windows 8出现组或没有分配组的问题。所以我需要在私钥上设置一个组，然后将perms更改为600。
