openstack ceiolometer在安装时抛出未知错误

我已经安装了预设置（setuptools，pbr和其他rpm），然后我按照cmd运行安装：

** sudo python setup.py install

试图安装新的python-neutronclient时遇到了类似的问题。我对pbr一无所知，但显然它使用它。我从here发现需要安装git。一旦我安装了git并重新运行setup.py install，它就给了我一个不同的错误：

error in setup command: Error parsing /tmp/python-neutronclient-contrail-icehouse/setup.cfg: Exception: Versioning for this project requires either an sdist tarball, or access to an upstream git repository. Are you sure that git is installed?

我删除了解压缩的目录，通过git检出，安装了python-dev，并成功重新运行了setup.py安装。
