发布到主机时，无法加载请求的类型

我使用asp.net 4，EF 5，sql server 2008，IIS 7

在我的本地服务器上，我可以毫无问题地连接到主机数据库并运行我的应用程序。 当发布到fil和cpoied到FTP然后我不能运行aspx站点。它抛出了这个：
