我是BioPython的新手，想在Libs文件夹中添加BioPython库后，使用Anaconda Spyder python 2.7 IDE在Windows 7 64位平台上使用EMBOSS针和水工具。为此，我尝试使用instructions之后的Cygwin 64终端安装EMBOSS。

我下载了EMBOSS package。解压缩文件夹并转到未压缩文件夹的目录并执行以下命令后：

./configure --without-x CFLAGS=-s

我收到以下错误消息：
