我遇到了同样的问题，几天后我尝试了很多东西然后我注意到了this answer。有人提到他们有网络问题，我记得在我的general-genymotion.log文件中我看到了这一行：

[Genymotion] [Error] Output command: "VBoxManage: error: DHCP server does not exist" 我从网络中删除DHCP后解决了我的问题，同时我清除了genymotion的所有捕获量

还使用我当地的ADB而不是genymotion的默认值：

Genymotion->Settings->ADB->Use custome Android SDK tools

Genymotion->Settings->Misc->Clear cache
