服务不会在真实设备上运行

问题是当我在模拟器(android 4.0.3)上运行服务时,一切正常(数据每小时发送一次),但是当我在手机上运行它时,它每分钟都开始发送数据。我无法弄清楚为什么,希望有人能帮助我。
