您需要安装php-fpm才能在nginx中运行php。您还需要更改此行

fastcgi_pass   127.0.0.1:9000;

到这个

fastcgi_pass unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock;

更改为此unix：/var/run/php5-fpm.sock;到php-fpm sock文件路径。
