由于您的servlet名为web-dispatcher且您的servlet xml文件为web-dispatcher-servlet.xml，因此您无需在configLocation中指定它，Spring将使用{{1}在类路径中找到它}}。但是你需要指定Spring需要知道的[servletName]-servlet.xml（为了配置sessionFactory bean和其他bean）。
