默认情况下安装了postgresql9，postgresql9-libs和postgresql9-server，但未安装postgresql9-devel。

node-postgres所需的头文件位于缺少的开发包中。以下步骤解决了我的问题：

删除node-postgres目录：

$ rm -rf node_modules/pg
从repos安装postgres开发包（小心地匹配你的版本 - 当涉及到postgres 时，亚马逊repos是一团糟）：

$ sudo yum install postgresql9-devel
重新安装node-postgres（我在本地执行此操作，您可能正在使用-g选项）：

$ npm install pg

pg_config.h文件应该在那里，因此安装应该可以正常工作！
