我正在使用mysql和php创建一个基本的新客户数据库。我希望当人们点击单选按钮“不同的邮寄地址”时，会为邮件地址显示另外几个输入字段。我不太确定如何使用输入而不是变量来处理这个问题。有没有办法在这里做一个if语句是我的html表单代码

使用jQuery，有两个最初隐藏的输入。一旦用户选中该框，＆＃39; $。show（）＆＃39;在这两个输入上。我有一个div包含两个输入，只显示或隐藏div取决于是否选中该框
