问题是由于GarbageCollector没有释放旧的GIF实例,因为你一遍又一遍地重新创建它们!

尝试缓存两个GifDecoderView实例,即创建它们一次并在运行时保留它们,而不是重新创建它们,即在你的oncreate中执行:
