尝试在以下位置修改域名的config.xml文件：
D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\cg\config\config.xml
检查以下内容：
<listen-port>7001</listen-port>
<listen-address>127.0.0.1</listen-address>
您可能需要将listen-address更改为您的实际IP或主机名。您也可以将listen-port更改为其他内容，以查看7001是否真的成为问题。
也就是说，如果您遇到绑定问题，通常服务器永远不会达到RUNNING状态。检查您是否可以访问管理控制台：
