我根本不了解OpenCL,但你是否应该只写一个单一的灰色值而不是三个,这里

   write_imageui(dst, (int2)(x,y), (uint4)(gray, gray, gray, 0));

我的意思是删除,gray,gray。我认为这是因为你有CL_UNSIGNED_INT8作为类型,但你正在写一个无符号的32位int。
