我想我找到了答案。我最初尝试从我系统上的文件夹位置运行代码。但是,当我将相同的代码部署到运行在tomcat上的本地Web应用程序(http://&lt;&gt; /webcam/webcam.html)时,它开始使用chrome !!我无论如何都要在远程服务器上明天部署代码,但如果应用程序没有在服务器上运行,则不知道系统无法访问网络摄像头API。很奇怪,但这救了我!!
