这是部分答案。我收到了一个我之前没有工作过的人的问题，他们的一些观众也收到了403错误。我无法在我的任何设备上复制错误，但公司的一些员工能够重现错误。具体来说，似乎错误与互联网连接的类型有关。到目前为止，我们的测试表明它可能与使用i-devices产生的热点有关。使用RedirectMatch 403语句注释掉整个代码块可以修复访问，但是我们无法将其隔离到一行代码 - 打开和关闭它们并测试站点。
