你不能......

std::atomic<T>既不是复制/移动可构造的,也不能将std::atomic<T>分配给另一个(size_type);这意味着它没有使用std::vector<...>::resize vector的要求。

注意T不适用,因为这需要MoveInsertable也是std::atomic


建议的解决方案

您需要使用其他容器类型,它不需要已经构建的数据移动复制,或者复制/移动分配,修改已存储在其中的元素。

您还可以在{{1}}周围定义伪造复制/移动/分配的包装器,但实际上只是浅读取/写入基础原子的值。
