你缺少黄瓜核心和黄瓜scala的依赖关系，请查看documentation并将它们添加到你的build.sbt文件中。

更新：有一个更新的版本可用于sbt-cucumber-plugin（0.8.0）：https://github.com/skipoleschris/xsbt-cucumber-plugin。也许这可以解决你的问题。
