client denied by server configuration: /var/www/httpdocs/app/etc/local.xml 是一条Apache错误消息。

有人试图通过网络浏览器直接访问您的local.xml文件，但被正确的服务器配置阻止了。

Magento使用此消息填写您的错误日志，您可以在管理区域中访问每个页面。

删除安全通知

        <remove name="notification_security" />
        <remove name="notification_survey" />
    </default>

这将完全从后端页面中删除块notification_security和notification_survey，跳过安全检查
