你有很多不同的依赖关系，所以很难分辨哪一个导致问题。我建议你尝试使用Spring Boot，Jersey和Jetty的基本配置，然后你可以添加其余的依赖项。

你应该在你的pom中仔细检查一些事情，例如你没有宣称spring-boot是父母或使用bom，而你没有使用Jersey bom这是推荐的导入方式依赖性。
