如何在没有管理员权限的情况下调试程序集加载失败？

我得到例外：

System.IO.FileLoadException : Could not load file or assembly 'MyAssemblyV2' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

默认工具fuslogvw需要管理员权限才能查看日志。
