看起来你没有在这台机器上安装freetds：
sudo apt-get install freetds-dev
如果您看到freetds-dev包的详细信息，则会看到它包含丢失的文件sybfront.h
我知道freetds没有宝石，而构建tiny_tds宝石需要它进行编译。但是，您应该可以使用MiniPortile构建自己的gem版本。
您需要从GitHub克隆gem install，然后为您的环境构建本机gem，而不是使用正常的tiny_tds机制。此过程将包括下载用于编译gem的特定版本freetds。

$ sudo make
