我看到你有一个java.io.IOException：权限被拒绝，你是否有权在应用程序清单中读/写文件？ 你能展示你的AndroidManifest.xml文件吗？
最好是在应用程序的临时目录中执行所有操作，然后将它们复制到外部SD卡。
