使用公式拖动引用不同工作表中单元格的单元格并跳过40行

我必须参考

`Cell B2` in Sheet2 to Cell K7 in Sheet3  followed by
`Cell B3` in Sheet2 to Cell K47 in Sheet3 then
`Cell B4  in Sheet2 to Cell K87 

基本上在Sheet3中跳过了40行。但问题是Sheet3中的K列包含一个公式来计算Sheet3中J列单元格的平均值。
