你看到pom的事实并不代表什么......！
阅读日志，我认为这是一个简单的连接错误，日志说＆＃34;代理拒绝连接＆＃34; ...所以也许你有一个代理并且没有配置（或者可能没有以正确的方式配置）settings.xml中的代理设置..
你可以粘贴你的setting.xml文件....？
