将战争放入tomcat webapps目录并在windows中启动tomcat使用命令提示符转到tomcat dir / bin然后运行startup.bat.if你使用linux转到tomcat dir / bin然后运行startup.sh。
停止tomcat运行shutdown.bat / shutdown.sh
