Google Cloud Platform支持的Jordan Fish表示，https://console.developers.google.com/start/appengine的第6步包含了一个错误，他说这个错误会在某个时候修复。正确的命令如下（注意结尾有-1.0）：

appcfg.cmd -A aqueous-flames-561 update target\appengine-try-java-1.0
