文档说您可以使用参数custom来传递自定义数据（最大长度= 255）https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/ipn/integration-guide/IPNandPDTVariables/
根据您的情况，您还可以传递自定义notify_url并在IPN网址中传递您想要的任何数据。
