MP4容器不是管道的最佳选择。制作MP4文件的复用器可能会在文件末尾放置某些信息。此信息是正确解复用所必需的，但如果使用管道则无法立即使用。但是，您有几个选择：

不要使用烟斗

我不知道为什么你需要首先使用烟斗。只需将该文件用作普通输入：

ffmpeg -i input.mp4 ...

不要使用MP4

如果您必须使用管道，请考虑使用其他容器，例如.mkv或.ts作为输入。

重新复用MP4然后管道

如果必须使用MP4，那么一种方法是重新排列 moov 原子，使其位于文件的开头：
