这就是我安装5.6的方式，YMMV ..我不得不删除5.5和5.6之间的冲突..
sudo yum remove mysql55-libs-5.5.38-1.0.amzn1.x86_64 mysql55-common-5.5.38-1.0.amzn1.x86_64
sudo yum localinstall http://repo.mysql.com/mysql-community-release-el6-5.noarch.rpm -y
sudo yum install mysql-community-server -y

我更新了我的rpm包并删除了解决此问题的旧sqlserver。
