我已经从Mac App Store升级了Xcode，这对我造成了这个特殊错误。

在我的案例中修复它的方法：运行Xcode并接受许可条款等。然后当我运行bundle install时，它编译并安装bcrypt就好了。

安装crypt时发生错误（3.1.7）
